Collectively Kay reserves the right to turn down any project given, on the bases of work availability. Timelines given are completely subject to current availability and/or work load. Most Room•by•Room e-design projects will take approximately two weeks per room, any add-ons will extend this time line. You will receive a time estimation and date of commencement upon receipt of your deposit invoice.
DESIGN COACHING SESSION PACKAGES
Coaching sessions will be scheduled at the earliest convenience to both parties involved. To make it an effective session as you the client needs to provide the meeting agenda 48 hours prior to session. Can't make your appointment? Need to reschedule? That's ok, but we require a firm 24 hour notice, if you need to reschedule. For cancellation under 24 hours, or no shows you'll receive credit or refund (your choice) of 50% of that one coaching session.
Please note: In order for CK to Schedule your sessions, you will be required to pay in full before we can proceed.
If you see any image used or something wrongly credited please do let me know and I'll update it ASAP.
Alternatively, all blog content, layouts and graphics have been created for Collectively Kay. Therefor should be properly credited in return. Sharing the love is always our goal, don't you think that's good idea too?!
ROOM •BY• ROOM PAYMENT
Once you place an order here at Collectively Kay, for a Room • by • Room package (by submitting the online questionnaire form) you will receive an invoice for the services you've chosen within 72 hours via email. We will need to receive your 50% (non refundable) deposit, and supporting documents. Don't worry we send you a handy checklist and the documents. This is necessary to hold your spot in our design queue. In order to deliver your newly designed room to your inbox, the remaining 50% payment will be required for CK to receive prior to us hitting the send button!
NOT HAPPY WITH SOMETHING?
Collectively Kay always wants their clients to be thrilled with any service they choose. Therefore if you're not happy with something issued within the Room•by•Room e-design package, we will allow two reasonable changes to your package. This will be dealt with on a case by case basis, to suit both parties to the best of our abilities.
